The
Central &
S
tate govt. and UGC have attached priority for the development & welfare of
SC, ST, OBC, Minority communities and Physically Challenged Students therefore Devi Ahilya
University of Indore was established The Minority Cell in 1984 to address the issues related
to SC/ST, the OBC and Minorities and the physically challenged on a continual basis to fulfill
the academic requirements and overall development of these students
. The cell functions in
a professional manner to plan, implement, coordinate and control all schemes related
disadvantaged groups. This cell conducts coaching classes for competitive exams and
prepares students for professional examinations.
